Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 kgs greated beetroot


  • 250 gms sugar


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 500 gms mava


  • 1/4 cups mix dryfruits(keshew,almonds,pista)


  • 500 ml milk

Directions

  • In a pan add ghee,greated beetroot and milk,and cook on fast flame for 15 min.Then add sugar and cook for 10 min.
  • Then add nava and cook for 10 min.
  • Stir well
  • When mixture became lumpy add half of chopped mix dryfruit
  • Then put the halva in greasing dish and sprinkle rest of dryfruit
  • Then cool it for 1 hours
  • Then cut it in any shape and serve chilled
